CRN · CorpShield Research Network

Your students don't study yesterday's cybersecurity dataset.

Research the attack that hasn't been named yet.

They participate in tomorrow's cybersecurity network. CorpShield gives your institution a live research problem that matters at global scale: not a classroom exercise, an open research frontier your faculty and students can help define.

How it works for your institution

Operate a node. Keep control. Get more back than you put in.

Observe→Correlate→Research→Discover→Validate→Improve detection→Generate intelligence→Observe better

You're not being asked to run a sensor and hand over your spam folder. You're being invited to join a distributed email-security research laboratory, with access to shared datasets, live experiments, and collaboration no single institution could build alone. Run an EIP Node, the participant-side component of CorpShield's Email Intelligence Platform (EIP), under your own control, do real research on live data, and contribute privacy-safe observations back to the network.

One concrete example: can a handful of independent nodes spot an emerging phishing campaign before established threat-intelligence sources classify it, and if so, by how long? That's a falsifiable question with a real answer, not a hypothetical. EIP keeps observation and conclusion strictly separate for exactly this reason: a node reports what it saw, not a verdict, so the research stays honest about what the network actually knows versus what it's guessing.

Become a Founding Research Partner

Research institutions gain

  • → A locally controlled, live research environment
  • → Network-wide intelligence, not just local telemetry
  • → A voice in shaping the shared research API and tooling roadmap
  • → Real datasets for dissertations and publications
  • → A pipeline from campus research to production intelligence

Who gains what

One node serves the whole institution.

IT/Security department

Shared threat intelligence, early warning, and a future protection integration path.

Undergraduate students

Real projects, OSS contributions, cybersecurity exposure, internships.

Postgraduate students

Live datasets, dissertations, applied ML and threat analysis.

PhD scholars

Longitudinal, cross-institution datasets and genuinely open research questions.

Faculty

Publications, research collaboration, and industry-aligned grant proposals.

Ready-to-hand research topics

Hand this list to a faculty member today.

Every one of these is judged against the same question: not whether the network can detect threats (that's table stakes), but what it discovers that existing sources like Spamhaus, PhishTank, or APWG don't, or discovers first. That's what keeps this research, not a rebuild of something that already exists.

A detector trained only on English phishing text can miss a message like "KYC update nahi kiya to account block ho jayega," the kind of code-mixed phrasing that doesn't show up in typical training data.

Think Cyber. Start with Email. Build the Network.

CorpShield is partnering with a small number of Founding Partners (universities, research institutions, and enterprises) to help build the first operational domain of a collaborative cyber intelligence network.
